"Breakfast options are great but the service is kind of scattered. Beach should be cleaned every night; at times we saw spoons, ice cream cups and cigarette butts near the cabanas which was not what we expected. Some of the employees go out of their way while others act like they are doing you a favor. Our room was lovely but it was in a building that had been recently updated. Very nice but overall not 5 star."

"The staff was very friendly. Brieanna shiwed me to my room and around the property. This was top notch service. Garey the Butler was excellent at reccomending things to do as far as activities and dinning spots. The beach was beautiful. The room was very nice and clean. One of my best trips yet."

"This a solid 3 star hotel. Not 4. Outside is well maintained and clean. Green and nicely arranged. Pools were nice but very shallow. Too bad the bar/restaurant is not located on the beach. It would be nice to have it available while at the beach. Room was below average. Especially bathroom was small and not well maintained. Room had a washing machine and dryer.
