"This was a fabulous stay. We loved all the amenities and the onsen. We stayed in a quad room (4 twin beds). It was spacious and including a dining area and two toilets. It was perfect for our family of four. We enjoyed soaking in the onsen and having snacks after walking all day. Also easy to use laundry room- just need 100¥ coins to operate. Great stay!"

"Very conveniently located property. There’s a subway station right outside and it’s a short walk to Osaka Station. The staff is top notch! Excellent housekeeping and front desk staff. They are extremely polite and courteous and helpful! "

"Great location,secluded but roomy hotel with a beautiful garden. Loved that they had free bike rentals to explore Kyoto which came in really handy several times. Convenient 7-Eleven right across the street from lobby. Walkable to great restaurants and shopping. There is also a public bath."

"It’s a good location hotel even though the room is quite small ( not enough space to open 2 big suitcases at the same time). The Family mart and the train station right next door that made us feel very convenient. "

"This hotel is absolutely beautiful and the amenities are outstanding. Pretty convenient and walkable to many train stations. We loved the breakfasts, the nightime ramen, all-day matcha lattes, popsicles/ice cream, massage chairs, and on-site onsen! Staff is very helpful and welcoming. Very easy for non Japanese speaking travelers and great for families with children."
