"Our first trip to Japan and pleasantly surprised to have stayed here. Beautiful and very clean. Staff was excellent with all of our needs. Rooms were large and very clean. Free shuttle bus was large,clean and the driver helped with my husbands wheelchair as well as our luggage. Would definitely stay again. "

"Well placed close to Narita airport with regular free bus back and forwards. A little dated but nice and clean. Would have been quite elegant when first built. Excellent value for money."

"Employee working at the restaurant where they serve breakfast, the one in charge admission to go in (older male) was extremely off putting by the way he looked at me and my friends. The intense eye contact and disgust given to us was definitely felt, making our breakfast unpleasant and unwelcoming despite paying for admission. Out of my entire stay in Japan, this was definitely my worst interaction in the entire trip that stuck out to me "

"Great hotel for the night with a HUGE room with 2 big beds and couch. Bathroom was very small but for a night of rest b4 long travel it was perfect. Great breakfast. It also had a grocery store with EVERYTHING you need. Shuttle service was great."
