My room had a hole in the wall and was very cramped, the hotel hallway had holes in its walls, weird stains on the carpet, and smelled of smoke. Overall the place felt like a youth hostel. It would have been fine if they were charging budget prices, but the were charging prices that were pretty expensive (especially considering the location, it's in the middle of Ibaraki, and hotels near there are generally half that price)"
