The apartment require complete silent as I was notified by the management there are noise from our room dispite everyone have fallen asleep. "Staff is friendly. Washer and dryer are new in the bathroom, very convenient. The room is clean and has everything you need. Relatively spacious for 4 ppl. Walk to Ueno is about 7-10min, transportation is convenient as well. The kitchen has all the dishes and utensils, refrigerator and microwave oven. Definitely would recommend it."

"The location is very convenient, right next to train station exit and restaurants and convenience stores. The beds were cozy and the condition of the room was excellent. We love the kitchen, the heated toilet seat, and the laundry machine. It really feels like a second home away from home. We would stay at another Minn hotel next time we come to Japan."

It was not too far from Ueno station for metro and Shinkansen trains. There are a stack of dining and shopping options within a 15 min walk radius."
