"The Cascatta Villa was simply amazing! It started with our search for a vacation rental back in January. We looked all over the Caribbean but coming back to Exuma and specifically this house and boy are we glad we did! The house, location, concierge and host are the best in the business! Judy Gray (concierge for this house) was simply amazing…everything we needed was handled quickly and to our exact specifications that we requested. The house is off the beaten path which is exactly what we were looking for. There are neighbors but it is very private. The house was incredible with the cabanas off each side and a newly built cabana beside one of them. Heated pool that was actually heated was amazing. We couldn’t get our kids out! Communication with host was always answered quickly and we never felt like a bother asking questions. We will be back next year and many years to follow! 5 stars all around "

"Sugar Beach Villa was nothing short of spectacular! In lieu of describing the beauty of this extravagant villa, I must convey that which pictures cannot. The conscientious concern of Liz & Rachel during the pre-visit communications was unrivaled. However, the most pleasant of surprises was Ms. Kim. Upon arrival we acknowledged her as the caretaker of the property, but very quickly came to the realization that she was destined to be our personal caregiver for the remainder of the week. Not only is she a kind soul with a servants heart, but also magical in creating all things including memories. During the entirety of our stay Ms. Kim progressed from caregiver to ambassador and finally to a cherished friend. Although we dined at three great restaurants nearby the Villa (Tropical Breeze, Blu & Santanas), our best meals were prepared with love by Ms. Kim and her husband Anthony. The service did not end there, it was very apparent that Ms Kim’s positive passion influences all whom come in contact with her. Denise does a wonderful job of keeping the place in order, and the two boat captains and mate (Jeremy, EJ & Gino), all demonstrated the same caring qualities. A boat excursion on the private Sugar Beach Villa 35’ Everglades provided us with two of our favorite days of the visit. Please do not forsake this extravagant and affordable privilege. Two notes; The potholes are a minor inconvenience. During our stay we did not encounter any mosquitoes, noseeums, flies or sugar ants."

"Staff were very friendly and on top of all our needs, 5 stars to them. Kim was our chef for the week and delivered authentic local food as we had asked, excellent. The house is beyond words. We had 3 couples, an adult single and three teens and never felt crowded. Both interior and exterior had expansive living areas. With all that greatness, the view simply exceeded all expectations. Even after 8 days we all were still amazed with the beauty. We are not first time travelers, we have traveled extensively throughout the Caribbean and pacific. "This property is absolutely beautiful! Hardly anyone on the beach, very laid back. Not everything is perfect, our safe didn't work, could only lock door from inside villa, they didn't have the proper tip to inflate our floaties, but you have to remember you are in a remote area. You also have to remember you are on island time!! No one is in a hurry. We loved this place and will be back."
