Watch your kids lose their minds over starfish and sand dollars? Absolutely. It’s like someone dumped a NatGeo documentary into your vacation. Pro tip: Bring waterproof phone cases. Your Instagram will thank you. Leslie picks me up from the airport. Then Chacho zooms me across water so clear you’ll question reality. Desmond hands me a rum punch before you even say "hello." Chef PG is a wizard. His mahi-mahi?Tastes like he caught it that morning (he probably did). Lobster so juicy you’ll lick the plate. And that conch salad? You’ll try to recreate it at home and fail miserably. Eat it every day—it’s the law. Mr Wang and Marie? Legends. Want a private beach dinner? Done. Kid wants to fish at sunrise? They’ll find a rod. This isn’t just a trip—it’s the story you’ll annoy friends with for years."

"We had a wonderful visit to Exuma and an excellent stay at Sunset Villa. The villa was exactly as described in the listing - in reality better than I hoped. Location: Little Exuma and Sunset Villa is quiet and peaceful, feels slightly remote but just a short easy walk to Tropic of Cancer Beach - one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever experienced. Villa: 3 very comfortable King beds (one can actually be split into two twins - so perfect for singles, kids or couples. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to cook - we did most nights. Plenty of beach towels available with washer and dryer in the villa to have a fresh beach towel everyday. Actually bring half the clothing you think you need. Wash if you need. The View: amazing view overlooking the private pool and of Tropic of Cancer beach - perfect for early morning coffee on the patio or watching the sunset each evening. We visited a few other beaches on the island but really didn’t need to - the best was right there. The guys went bone fishing two of the days while we stayed to enjoy the beach, visited Mom’s bakery and had drinks and the best burger at the little snack shack at the entrance to Tropic of Cancer beach - a nice surprise. My daughter and her friend loved that. Beach Chairs and floats were perfect touch at the villa to make our beach days long and relaxing. We are all ready to plan our next visit to Exuma and will definitely stay at Sunset Villa again. Such a relaxing time! "

"Stayed here from 2/14-2/21/25. The home is beautiful and had everything we needed and more for our party of nine. Sharell, our Property Manager, was amazing to work with. She was quick to respond and answer any questions we had. We had a minor issue with the coffee maker and a new one was delivered the next day. The grounds were lovely and well-maintained. We loved lounging by the pool and enjoying the ocean only steps away.. We would definitely recommend this home and would love to stay there again."

"The Cascatta Villa was simply amazing! It started with our search for a vacation rental back in January. We looked all over the Caribbean but coming back to Exuma and specifically this house and boy are we glad we did! The house, location, concierge and host are the best in the business! Judy Gray (concierge for this house) was simply amazing…everything we needed was handled quickly and to our exact specifications that we requested. The house is off the beaten path which is exactly what we were looking for. There are neighbors but it is very private. The house was incredible with the cabanas off each side and a newly built cabana beside one of them. Heated pool that was actually heated was amazing. We couldn’t get our kids out! Communication with host was always answered quickly and we never felt like a bother asking questions. We will be back next year and many years to follow! 5 stars all around "

"Sugar Beach Villa was nothing short of spectacular! In lieu of describing the beauty of this extravagant villa, I must convey that which pictures cannot. The conscientious concern of Liz & Rachel during the pre-visit communications was unrivaled. However, the most pleasant of surprises was Ms. Kim. Upon arrival we acknowledged her as the caretaker of the property, but very quickly came to the realization that she was destined to be our personal caregiver for the remainder of the week. Not only is she a kind soul with a servants heart, but also magical in creating all things including memories. During the entirety of our stay Ms. Kim progressed from caregiver to ambassador and finally to a cherished friend. Although we dined at three great restaurants nearby the Villa (Tropical Breeze, Blu & Santanas), our best meals were prepared with love by Ms. Kim and her husband Anthony. The service did not end there, it was very apparent that Ms Kim’s positive passion influences all whom come in contact with her. Denise does a wonderful job of keeping the place in order, and the two boat captains and mate (Jeremy, EJ & Gino), all demonstrated the same caring qualities. A boat excursion on the private Sugar Beach Villa 35’ Everglades provided us with two of our favorite days of the visit. Please do not forsake this extravagant and affordable privilege. Two notes; The potholes are a minor inconvenience. During our stay we did not encounter any mosquitoes, noseeums, flies or sugar ants."
