"Wonderful location and estate for 3 generation , 11 people sun sea and sand Christmas. The Sugar Beach Villa was exactly as described in the information provided. Lots of space to hang out together or find a quiet place in the breeze and sun to relax and read. The large stand alone “chat and chill” kitchen was perfect for the family team cooking for dinners and walk- in “brunch” spot for breakfast early and late risers. The large pool was wonderful for the younger children’s fun time when they had tired of the beach and waves, adventuring through the extensive trails and pathways to the beach. The older ones took to kayaking and paddle board adventures to the coral reef, islands and Tropic of Cancer beach.Thank you Kim and Alex for being “Chefs” for two wonderful dinners !Getting around the island was easier than expected and shopping for supplies was not too difficult, we ordered the first batch on line at The Exuma market and it was delivered waiting for us when we arrived. For the rest we visited the stores and Prime meat as we explored some of the island.The Sugar beach Villa was a great location, easy walk to tropic of cancer beach, few minutes drive to Mum’s bakery for bread and rum cake. "

"This was our 4th trip to Tropic of Cancer beach in Exuma. House was in great location right beside Brea's Grill. Enjoyed everything. House is great, pool is great. One of the very best on Tropic of Cancer. "

"Very secluded and private - you do need to plan groceries and food ahead of time if cooking 9n own and be prepared to substitute which can be fun if you like to cook. I would not say there are many restaurants to choose from more like small shack/pubs and very casual. The amenities are all here for this house including detergent and plenty of cookware. The pool is fabulous and everything is well stocked. The beach is as close as it gets and there is a small snack shack and bar about 4 doors down. Judy was very helpful. Bring cash if possible and use visa or Mastercard —- no Amex taken on island."

"We had our family reunion at shades of blue and the house and views were fantastic! The house seemed to be recently renovated, and there was plenty of space for all our family. The water really was the most spectacular shades of blue! "

"A fantastic family trip all around there were 9 of us and MORE than enough space for everyone. We were 4-50 something’s and 5-20 something’s and fun for all. The property is spectacular! The pool and beach are amazing! The property manager was top notch, she coordinated everything from a fishing excursion to a fabulous catered dinner and everything in between. Don’t hesitate to book this property you will not be disappointed. "

"We had a very nice stay at the cottage. It was easy to stay in touch with Josh. The cottage is clean, comfortable and has plenty of room for 4 guests. Just a short walk to the beach. We'd be happy to stay there again if we visit again!"

"This was our first time and Exuma. We loved that the island is quiet and does not support large resorts and the crowds accompanying them. Getting to and from the home in our rental car was easy; we booked two sailing excursions and dinner reservations that made a rental car necessary. We used the provisioning service provided by the property manager, Judy. There were some issues; items were out of stock due to the time they shopped. We cooked all of our meals at home except two dinners out. The kitchen was well stocked; we had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, which is always a concern of ours. The outdoor spaces and the view were amazing! We spent our days on the beach, kayaking and snorkeling in the calm water. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay! Thank you!"

"Richard and Shauna have a beautiful property just across from one of the most amazing beaches in the world. The kitchen is nicely stocked. We never met Diana, their house keeper, had our groceries ready for us when we walked in. The house was super clean and comfortable. The best spot is the balcony, we spent many hours in the mornings reading and listening to the ocean. There are plenty of water toys in their shed. The communication was great, answered all my questions promptly even text messages during the stay. If you want peace and quiet this is it. The ONLY thing I will note is the water pressure, which is not their issue it’s the island. Just run the water and let it get hot. Thank you for sharing your property with us."
