"This home is situated on a medium hill and is built up on the land so that your views of the ocean and surrounding area are stellar. The sounds of the waves are close and wonderful. However, this home is also one of the first homes built in an emerging "neighborhood" so future guests can almost be guaranteed to be met with fires from surrounding neighbors clearing the land as was our case or with inevitable construction sounds.
