It was built in the old motor hotel style, but also has a large indoor pool area (not in a heated space) and some space for meetings. The room I stayed in was clean enough, not spotless, but very worn and dated. The shower head sprayed as much water sideways as it did straight out. The tub drain was very slow. "One of the cleanest places we have stayed in. Large room. It had two full beds plus room for a table and chairs. There were some minor cosmetic items that could be fixed. If you are looking for a nice room for a good price, this is it. Don't be put off by the need for major clean up outside. Basic cereal, toast juice, coffee for breakfast."
