"I loved staying at Freehand. I stayed in a shared room. The lockers were much larger than I imagined. It fit both my backpack and my carry on suitcase easily. The pool was small, but cute, and well kept. The elevators were a little older, and in need of repair, but nothing scary. The area was halfway decent, and they always had security after dark, so I felt safe there. I was more than satisfied with the accommodations, considering the price I paid. I met some really cool people, and had a great time."

"Excellent customer service from the front desk I arrived to realize there was a mixup on my room accommodations, it was taken care of immediately, iron wasn’t working properly , exchange of a new iron serviced to my room in promptly time."
