"Excellent service from the staff. Perfect location with lift directly down to harbour road. We only stayed two nights and the only negatives would be no room service for new toiletries or teabags between nights. Also if you have a car and have mobility issues the car park is located fairly close but area very hilly. Would however return "

"The food was outstanding. We are in the bar area and the staff were amazing. Breakfast was delicious and a lot of choice. The evening entertainment was brilliant. The shower was terrible. We only stayed one night as we were attending a funeral so only used it once and we were in a hurry. "We had a great stay overnight on a Sunday when there was plenty of free parking on the road just outside the hotel. The spa was wonderful and our room was very comfortable. Great staff and facilities with a 24hr bar service. We would highly recommend. "

"Convenient position. Efficient people on reception. Nice cosy room. I didn't like some noisy guests with no consideration for others e.g. late at night loud talking of adults and children and banging doors. May be a notice in all rooms saying please be considerate to others and close doors quietly and not to speak too loudly. A hook needed on back of bathroom door to hang towel."
