"My only regret was not staying longer at this hotel. Not only is the interior design and artwork impeccable but the staff are extraordinary. A gentleman escorted me to my room and explained the history of the building along with all the amenities (nespresso machine, free beverages, cookies, etc.) To me this boutique hotel embodies Bath and is just such a lovely experience. The pricing is so reasonable and walkable to the shops, Roman Baths, parks, etc. I wanted for nothing. Definitely will be back as I love this hotel at the same level as my love for Bath! "

"24 hour reception so no worries about late check-ins… (might have to let them know if there’s a chance of this though?) Room was great for family of four. Rooms are very quiet - I think soundproofed. Breakfast was really great! I only marked it down slightly on the cleanliness etc due to state of carpet in our room but really pleased for the money."
