"This is a wonderful property! One issue for us was privacy. The ocean front deck is shared with another unit, which is great if they are your group. You literally had to slide your feet in so the renters nextdoor could get by. Not what we expected. And PLEASE review that sleeper sofa. It is more comfortable to sit on the floor and the rug was filthy. Please clean them both. Everything else was spit on and beautiful!could get by to use the stairs"

"It was really nice. Two things though. Dishes were still in dishwasher. They were clean. I put them away. Secondly, the living room floor was a bit unclean. Our small dog found two hard crackers with garlic on them and a popsicle stick. I think they were at the edge of the front of the couchs.Otherwise, everything was good."

"Our stay on North Topsail was everything i jad hoped it would be and more. It was a chance to spend some quality time with my wife, some good friends, and my son, daughter-in-law, and first grandson. There was plenty of room for everyone anfd the weathet was perfect "
