"Home was beautiful and so close to the beach! It made things so convenient with my 3 year old grandson. The only things I have a complaint about is the upstairs bathroom. The sink did not work and the tub/shower did not drain properly. The water would fill halfway up your shins while taking a shower. Then take forever to drain out. And the keypads were finicky. "Once entering the condo there was housekeeping issues. All furniture had glass covering which looked to be wiped with same wet cloth and left smeared when dried. Nice stainless appliances but smeared and not cleaned. You could write your name in dust on some surfaces. It wasn't properly cleaned at all! Everything I took from kitchen cabinets I washed before using. It wasn't just a lack of weekly cleaning things it was dirty. Also carpets were disgusting had not been cleaned in who knows how...

"It's the perfect property for a family of 4 with a doggie-the size, the location, the actual condo itself. It was a great find! The property company was super involved and responsive. The property was very clean. Having rented other properties in NC and FL, this one wins over all of them. It was very helpful to have two bathrooms too. Yes, the Trailer bar is right across the street, but they were done by 11:00 pm plus the music was awesome. Two suggestions for the owner- check the air...

"We enjoyed our stay, perfect location, far enough away from overcrowded public beach locations, but close enough to restaurants and shops. Our beds at home were definitely more comfortable, but we still slept well! Family room furniture super cozy, patio furniture very nice! We loved the spacious patio and appreciated the protection from the dunes across the street. Maybe next time there will be a gazebo added across the property to get direct access from house, but it was not a big deal to walk...
