"Ours was a 1-night stay as we were passing through. Yes, there was some renovation going on, but it didn't affect us in the least; just a few large boxes sitting around. The room, pool area (with beautiful view of Lake Superior), and breakfast were all very nice. The gentleman who greeted us was super friendly and repeatedly asked if there was anything we needed, or what he could do to help us out.
