"We had 3 generations during our stay and everyone had a great time. The beds are comfy, kitchen is stocked, it was clean and there is plenty of space. The hosts are easy to communicate with and were very accommodating. The views are beautiful, we loved hearing the woodpeckers and other wildlife. We enjoyed fishing right off the dock (no nibbles though). We’d love to revisit this property when it’s warmer to really enjoy all it has to offer. We did use the kayaks which are nice and sturdy. "We had a great time!! The house was so close to town that we could have walked if we felt like it. The house was amazing for relaxing in the hot tub after a day of exploring. I reached out to Dave with a couple of questions and he was very fast to respond and make sure we were taken care of. We definitely see ourselves coming back in warmer weather!! "

"Great place to stay with a big family. It has a big great room with a beautiful lake view. It also has a big dining table that we use for Thanksgiving dinner. The only negative thing is that the place was not cleaned, it had a lot of dust and mice poop in the cabinets and some of the rooms carpet. It also had a lot of stains on the carpets and the appliances to cook can use some update. Also, you have to pay 5 dollars peer bag to be taken out. We did some trips to take the garbage ourselves but...

"The owners were gracious enough to open their home to my family due hurricane Milton. It was very last minute and they were able to accommodate us! The location is amazing! We walked to everything and even went fishing in the river. So grateful to have stayed here!"

"We loved the water feature right outside our door which provided ambiance. We were limited on closed areas as there is nothing separating any of the rooms other than the bathroom. So, the bedroom is open to the living areas and outside area. While this was pictured in the online description, I didn’t appreciate it until I was there and couldn’t find.a place to separate from the bedroom early in the morning.
