"Location is great if wanting to visit Helen or other nearby attractions and still want privacy. You're on the north side of Helen, so you can avoid the foot traffic for the most part. And if you want to run to Ingles for a grocery trip, you can avoid Helen all together and go around. The property manager was responsive, addressed my few concerns and was very friendly. "We loved this chalet! The pictures do not do it justice! The hot tub was huge, the upstairs was adorable and the red heater was spectacular! They provide a packnplay which was perfect because we forgot ours. The communication was above and beyond. We will be coming back next year for sure!"
