"We had a very nice visit. Really enjoyed the swings by the river. Beautiful parks and waterfalls close by. It was very relaxing. I actually left prescription pain med in the drawer at checkout. "Had a lovely stay in Big Horn Suite. Itnwas very charming un ita rustic way. Decorated in a warm and cozy fashion. Only anahort drive into Helen, GA to enjoy the town and Oktoberfest. We didn't see any staff members, but got our instructions for entry via text. They were very responsive when we asked for ice. "

"The room appeared to be clean. The sheet on one bed did not appear to be fresh. The first night was extremely noisy from loud music overhead until about 1:30a.m. The second night the noise came from the room next door until about 9:00p.m. (acceptable). The towels were freshened on the 2nd day, but new cups were not provided (no tea for me) . I would have used one of the old cups except some type of winged bug was crawling in it."

"Our room hasn't been cleaned. And from the dust and what was wiped up in the tub I don't know how long it sat empty... the carpet very clearly hadn't been vacuumed. There were crushed potato chips and other crumbs on the floor. Many stains in the carpet as well. The bed was comfy and linens in it were clean. Bath towels had stains on all of the sizes. A/c worked great so that was good. We paid extra to have the jacuzzi room and when we wiped out the tub it was apparent the tub hadn't been...

"We had pre-booked this motel for a stop on a cross country move with 6 dogs& 2 cats. When we arrived, the motel was completely closed due to an upstairs fire. Obviously unavoidable, but they had online reservations through the main reservation line and no email or call was made to let us know. When we called the customer service line they literally said well what did you want us to do about it. Completely unapologetic & didn't offer to help find a different location."
