"The hotel was nice but the first floor reeked of marijuana dye to people smoking in their rooms and stuffing a towel under the door. Our room was Incredible! The bed was nice and soft beautiful accent lights,the jetted tub was amazing, and the big shower with the rain head was so nice, and the soundproof rooms were a godsend. Besides the neighbors screaming and smoking weed in their rooms it was really nice "

"When I checked in, the desk was empty no one to tend, after like 8-10 someone came and he looked overwhelmed, was not friendly at all and did not provide receipt, I was charge more than what I had originally made the reservation for. Other than that the hotel is the best ! I think just better customer service so it matches the installation."
