"This is a Japanese hotel, in an area with a lot of Japanese and Korean restaurants and shops. The area is quite different to the old town - very few tourists but pretty nice. The hotel itself was a basic clean Japanese style. Good room and bathroom. Staff really only speak very basic English but are nice. "

"The Aira hotel was a brillient choice, it is near Train Street The Citadel, The Flag Tower. All within about 5 mins walk. "Cozy hotel in a good central location. Rooms are small and internet and cable channels like CNN, BBC are sketchy or not available most of the time. Breakfast in the rooftop restaurant is decent. "This is the best hotel in Hanoi. Location is excellent. Our room was so quiet we did not hear any of the street noise. Everything was immaculately clean. The staff were so lovely, especially Daria at the front desk - so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was 10/10, so many options at the buffet plus an additional a la cart menu that was all included - eggs made to order, vegetarian bun cha, many Vietnamese options as well as western. Highly recommend! "

"受付の方のサービスが最高でした。チェックインの段階から印象が良かったです。またチェックアウトの際、こちらが日程を間違えてご迷惑をおかけした際にもスマートに対応頂きました。金曜日夜の出発で、ナイトマーケットが始まってしまいホテル前までGrabが呼べずに困っていることをフロントで相談すると、予約したGrabの方と直接電話で対応してくれ、ピックアップの場所まで見送ってくれました。立地も最高ですが、それ以上に対応が良く次ハノイを訪れる機会があったら必ずこちらを利用したい思います。"
