"I have stayed at this La Quinta many times. It is always clean and has a very friendly staff. The location is great for visiting Duke and has all sorts of shipping within a five or ten minute drive. There are laundry machines, a small gym, an indoor pool, and free breakfast every day. Parking is easy and free. Overall a very nice place to stay. "

"When we arrived there was no hot water and the property was roped off. I mentioned to the gentleman behind the counter that checked us in that I didn’t believe we needed to stay because I was having a major life changing surgery the following morning and he just ignored us. He wouldn’t let us cancel or anything. We stayed and thankfully had hot water the following morning, however it was very inconvenient to us. "
