"It was a huge 1 bedroom apartment, which was good as it helped block out some of the traffic noise. Staff were really nice and helpful, the night watch man booked a dolphin watching trip for me at the same price as it would have been in town, and I was picked up by the boat right in front of the hotel. "Staff was trying their best, but seemed uneducated in hospitality. Barging into my villa without even knocking is never appropriate. The whole place seems to be under renovation and should be closed. Breakfast was ok, but the staff didn't understand to keep the items hot, just left the lids open. Dinner was a very limited emergency selection in a 2 hour window. I checked out a day early and moved on... "
