Room are dated everything is old in regards to the stars given to the hotel. 2.there is no proper restaurant to eat and breakfast is notfree so people be aware 3. "nice place, with a swimming pool, perfect if you wait to extend your visa. there is a fridge. for me the problem was that you can't open the window, I had to let the door open at night. there is no mosquito net and there are mosquitoes. the beach is not praticable, I used the swimming pool. not much around but there is an Ikan bakar nearby with good fresh fish."

"The only one thing we love about this place is the swimming pool with seaview. We stayed for three nights. No staff cleaning our room or pick up the garbage the whole time we staying there. The facilities is terrible. The bed was unusable and the cockroaches in bathroom. "

"Overall nice place to stay. The staff were amazing and always willing to make anything we wanted to eat. Grounds were well maintained and the pool was nice. Be aware that the pool is shallow and has a quick drop off. So if you have small children, just be aware. Otherwise we had a great time."

"Great villa for my family - wife, myself and two adult boys. The villa is not walking distance to the village of Lovina for restaurants but this is part of the appeal. Quiet and relaxing.
