"Denny’s house suited us perfectly for our needs. We were 3 couples who took part of the annual Chattack padding race on the Tennessee River. Our focus was comfort, working kitchen and comfortable sitting areas for the group. We loved the hot tub which was used repeatedly. Your house was quite charming! Totally enjoyed our stay. "

"Property his located close to downtown. Plenty of room for us. My wife and I met our son and his two boys in Chattanooga for a couple days. Large kitchen and two bedrooms. We are use to having everything on one floor, as most properties where we are from are single story. The two bedrooms were upstairs and bathroom was on first floor. Not a big deal until getting up in the middle of the night. LOL Those of us who are older will understand. Over all it worked out great. "

"We are from a big city so this was the perfect getaway. We visited in early October and I cannot imagine what it would have looked like in just a few weeks. The leaves will be stunning! We were barely at the place as the hiking nearby was too good. There was constant activity available if you’d like. We highly recommend Foster Falls for hiking and Top of the Rock for dinner. Note there is no dishwasher so be prepared to clean some :) thank you for a wonderful stay! "

"What was suppose to be our planned BD escape turned out to be Our Milton Retreat and savior to enjoy Beautiful weather and adventure. Close to everything… really enjoyed Rock City and various walks/ hikes around with our pup. The house was welcoming and relaxing! "My daughter and I were in town for her birthday and to visit UTC. We enjoyed the sights - Aquarium, Rock City, UTC, Naughty Cat Cafe. The room was quaint, clean, and cool. The front desk was super friendly and efficient. We ended napping in the afternoon, but did not actually stay the night due to my daughter feeling ill and wanting to go home. Recommend if you're on a budget."
