"The check in staff was very friendly. Our room was nice. It was clean. I had read reviews prior to arriving. Our towels were clean, but I would agree they're on the scratchy side. I only rated 4 stars because they need to wash their floors better. My grandchild refuses to wear shoes or socks. The bottom of their feet was black.To fix this, we put footy pajamas on them.
