"We were in town for a swim meet at the north shore aquatic complex and this house was the perfect location. We could get to warm up at 7am in 10 mins tops and walk down and back when schedule permitted. It’s also close to amazing restaurants and the neighborhood was perfect for our dog! The house is super close to Crescent Lake, which is lovely - a path, pickleball and a dog park are all there. Will definitely return if we find ourselves back in St Pete. "We stay here with a group of 20 people. The rooms were nicely set up. We loved how they had towels and little snacks provided when we arrive. The staff that stop by to empty outdoor trash and spray down the patio were extremely kind and helpful. The little cabana facing the ocean was nice! We took advantage of the pool and the lounge chairs at the ocean. Great stay!!"

"Pros of this rental: the location to the beach which was less than 2 blocks away, easy off street parking, dog friendly, beach chairs, umbrella and toys for our use. The place is the right size for a couple or a small family. Cons: no dishwasher & the couch had a couple of large stains on them from previous renters, we covered them with sheets and notified the rental company"
