"We had a great time. The location is great. Literally steps from the beach. The condo was clean and has all the beach items you could need/want. My poor husband had a difficult time sleeping in the bed. Once both of us were in the bed, you would roll to the middle. I slept just fine :) "

"Shell Cottage was cute as can be . It was very clean , beautifully decorated and well equipped. However; there is an alarm on the entry door that is ear shattering. The check-in information states it is part of the rental license rules which I understand. There was no grey box on the outside of the door which can be pressed to allow entry within 45 seconds before the alarm goes off. There was a button on the inside that allowed us to leave the cottage.. I’m not sure I would stay here again...

"Great location, nice little spot for a couple. And the bad The quilt on the bed was tore around the edge. You can’t use the laundry area unless you stay 8 days is what I was told. We stayed 7 days. There was enough towels and wash clothes for 4 days. "

"We had an awesome time on our trip, the house was CLEAN and even better than the pictures. The couches were different than the pics, way better, beautiful beachy green and brand new looking. LOVED the private pool, just the right size for two adults and two kids. The washer/dryer was soo nice, brand new looking as well. Loved the location, couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for a family of 4. "

"Truly right on the beach. Could not be more perfect. The house is in need of updating but clean. The driveway was a bit stressful being very narrow, almost got stuck in sand and could only back out onto busy road. The town center is so cute and very close. We will definitely stay here again."

"We had a soccer tournament in Lakewood Ranch. This was a perfect location between the fields and the beach. The house was nicely decorated and suited our needs perfectly. There were even beach chairs and beach towels for our use! It was a little cool for the screened in porch but that was a very nice area. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the items. The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive in answering questions. I would definitely stay here again. "
