"I have to say a very warm thank you to the employee, Max, at this hostel. He went above an beyond helping me out when my scooter broken down. He went with me late at night to go check out the problem and called someone to come and have it serviced. Luckily, the bike was fine. Max answered all my annoying questions professionally and courteously. :)"

"My husband and I didn’t even stay there long enough, but the moment we stepped into our room it smelled like mold. We asked the front desk lady to move us to another room and she asked why and we told her it smelled like mold. She hesitated to move us to another room. Maybe about 5 minutes later she said okay and moved us to another room upstairs. Once we were trying to get settled in the room we noticed a few mosquitoes and we were like that’s okay we can kill them. But mosquitoes kept coming...

"The first impression that I have when checking in is the cleanliness. Bedsheet is filled with hairs from previous guests, and room has ants. Only note that when looking for the most cost effective tours or transport this hotel will try to persuade you to use their more expensive methods. Asked about the 50k dong bus to the airport and was told they didn't know anything and to use their $10 car, the bus was a 5 minute walk away and so easy."
