My wife and I enjoyed our stay very much. The mattress was very firm but we were told that a topper was available - we should have asked earlier. "Thanh Lich hotel took great care of us e.g. by hailing us taxis and walking us in/out with umbrellas during the rain. We appreciated the clean rooms and fantastic Vietnamese and Western breakfasts. Our room was on the ninth floor in the corner so it was quiet - the only noise we heard was some heavy winds coming through the vents above us during the rainstorm - that detracted from the quietude but wasn't much of an issue when it came to sleeping. We would stay here again."
