"The facilities were fantastic especially for kids. The location was a bit outside of the main tourist area but there was so much to do inside the resort it didn’t matter. Indoor & outdoor water parks, massive pools and onsens baths, best of all it was all heated! Breakfast buffet was amazing so many options with a beautiful outlook onto the beach. Staff were very friendly helpful. I will be staying here again. "

"We had a fantastic experience at this hotel, starting with a smooth check-in process. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with VIP treatment, including welcome drinks and flower garlands, which made us feel special. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful throughout our stay, always responsive via the Hotels.com app, making communication seamless. We were also able to arrange rooms on the same floor, which made it much easier to stay connected. We booked a family suite with a sea view, and it didn’t disappoint—the view of My Khe Beach was stunning. As part of our booking, we also enjoyed complimentary high tea on our first day, which was a lovely touch. Though our stay was mostly positive, there were a few minor issues with the rooms. The kettle wasn’t working, the TV signal went out for a couple of days, and one of the air conditioners had a malfunction. However, the staff responded quickly and efficiently to resolve these problems. They were also kind enough to provide extra pillows upon request. The buffet breakfast offered a great spread and was delicious. However, we would have appreciated more variety over the four days of our stay, as the options remained largely the same. One small downside was that the mattress was a bit too firm for our liking, but overall, it didn’t take away from the enjoyment of our stay."

"Had a great stay. Had the ocean view room which had a fantastic beach view from my bed. Bathroom was clean. Peter, Trung & all staff were friendly & helpful. Bfast was delicious & there was a huge variety to choose from. They also rotate the Bfast menu frequently. Rooftop pool was nice & clean. The staff @ rooftop pool were amazing, courteous & accomodating"

"Great hotel and very reasonably priced. Perfect for stay with small children! Awesome breakfast selection and menu is huge and lavish! Swimming pool is very clean and provides a gorgeous view of beach/skyline being an infinity pool. Highly recommended staying here!"
