The room was spacious, featuring a separate bedroom, living area, and kitchenette—perfect for our family. The hotel’s indoor and outdoor pools were a great touch, offering year-round usability and keeping the kids entertained, though we would have used them more if the weather had been warmer. We also loved the New Year’s Eve dinner buffet and countdown event hosted by the hotel, complete with entertainment that made the evening unforgettable. Breakfast was a treat, with a wide variety of options available across multiple restaurants. The panoramic view rooms on the lower floors also impressed us with their views, separate living areas, and balconies. Customer service stood out throughout our stay—from the initial booking process to our departure, everything was seamless. This hotel gave us an unforgettable holiday experience, and we can’t wait to return! Hotel also right next door to a shopping centre with a supermarket and food court"

"We had really great stay for 4 nights in Sanouva Danang. Manager Huu Duc and staff were extremely helpful. We got free 30min spa vouchers for all the members which had foot reflexology or head, back shoulder massage. Service was really superb for the spa. Wang and Hyuyen did really great job. Ambience and amenities of the hotel are very good. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much."

"From the moment I stepped into the beautiful lobby I knew this would be the perfect getaway. This hotel has friendly staff, wonderful rooms with all the amenities including a pool, spa and workout room if desired. The restaurant has the most amazing pho and other foods, the breakfast is excellent and there is an afternoon snack that is very good! I know this is the place I will stay again and tell my friends about. There was absolutely nothing wrong or any complaints regarding this wonderful hotel. Hope you will give them a booking! "
