"It is a beautiful, well maintained, thoughtfully updated home. Had everything we could possibly need and the furniture and beds were all high end and comfortable. Slept like a baby the whole trip. The views are incredible and the kids and grownups all loved calling out BIG SHIP! every time a BIG SHIP! came past. "Loved our stay at this lovely home- so convenient and quiet! It had a fabulous dock for our 26 foot boat as well as our friends 21 foot boat. The accommodation was comfortable and well appointed. The host was quick to respond and very helpful. Plenty of parking was available and it’s great that it is so close to Gal’s and Foxy’s Restaurant. "

The town of Alexandria was very cute, most things were closing for the season but we did still get to experience the boat tour, do some shopping and eat at a few local places. "Definitely, a beautiful stay with beautiful views. Checkin process is so easy and host was very quick in response. There is some issue with hot water but other than that we had a really good time. Will definitely book one more time."

"Unfortunately, the house is in complete disrepair, not maintained and dirty. The mattresses are like sleeping on wood. The lawn and patio had not been mowed or weeded for at least a month. The owner did respond immediately to questions or issues that arose. The view is amazing."

"This home is wonderful. The bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable. My daughters were fighting over who was going to sleep in the "secret nook" on the top floor. Both bathrooms were large and well equipped. The kitchen / living room area was huge and made for a perfect area to congregate with family.
