"Very nice hotel in an excellent and central location. The staff were very kind and accommodating. The hotel allowed us to check in at 10am - as our room was available. That was very helpful indeed. A gentleman at reception was able to make a last minute reservation at an excellent restaurant on one of the busiest nights of the year. "
