"The lady that was promoting this is nasty, unorganized and very unprofessional. When I got to the place to check in the lady told front desk a whole lie to the point I had to pull out my whole reservation email. Even after showing that she was lying she still kept with her story, but her employer told me the truth which was she overbooked and sold my room. So I had nowhere to stay and had to find somewhere to stay for the whole weekend. Neverrrr will I book with her again"

"Gruesome dreadful property which needs gutting .. kitchen cupboard need ripping out and property needs a good update. DO NOT book this apartment .. we stayed only one night then fled…. Pictures do not depict the actual true state of the property and the managers could not care less … saw cockroaches.. cobwebs everywhere.. old broken furniture… spend your money elsewhere "

"Upon arrival we were surprised by the amount of amenities Mr Kamuzu had left for us. I mean there were towels, disinfectant, soap etc… not only that but the TV had a wide variety of channels on. The living room is quite hot, even with the fan so bear that in mind. However, the bedroom is really cool with the AC. It was a bit smaller than I had anticipated but other than that this is an amazing condo!"

"I was very impressed with how well this place was decorated. They had everything that I expected in the amenities list in the post. I think it’s also important to know that the property is in a gated community for your extra security which gave me a feel of exclusivity during my stay. "The property has a modern touch. I loved the decor. The host was very nice and very accommodating. He always reached out to me and made sure that we were okay. If we needed anything, all we had to do was ask. The property is close to the beach and restaurants. The property is even close to a supermarket. I enjoyed my stay there. "I have absolutely nothing bad to say about my stay here. If you are debating yourself about staying at this property stop doing it & just book this property. Gorgeous views, property was cleaned and well maintained. I didn’t need the host for anything but I do feel like if I did need her it would have been easy to contact her. They came in & changed sheets and towels & straightened up in the middle of our stay. I was so comfortable there & it really felt like home. Highly recommend!!!"

" We celebrated my girlfriend's birthday at this stunning ocean-view villa in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming. The villa's layout is impressive: 3 bedrooms with en-suite and balconies. On the third floor, there is a spacious main bedroom en-suite, and on the second floor, two spacious en-suites with a convenient laundry room. The first floor features a well-equipped kitchen, living room, half bath, and bar and grill on the balcony, perfect for relaxation...

"Hotels.com messed up with communicating with the Hotel. They did however agree to a refund. I did get a room when someone canceled. Apartment was quite nice and comfortable. Location was great, close to entertainment and beach and town center. Overall experience was very satisfactory. I recommend this as an inexpensive, lovely hotel experience. "
