"This was a very nice property. The cleaning service could have done a better job. When we arrived there were crumbs on the counter, what appeared to be soda on the blinds and stains on the pillow cases. We got some cleaning supplies and sanitized things to our comfort level. The apartment was nice and spacious. We loved having our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The walls were pretty thin so it was a little loud in one of the rooms near the outside stairs. Those things didn’t keep us from enjoying...

"My husband and I stayed in the very nice property. The host was very accommodating and everything was as pictured and it is very comfortable and in a beautiful setting. The Woodland area is great. "This property is located in the perfect spot, close to my daughters, away from the traffic noise. We were provided with some little goodies for breakfast the first day and the hostess checked in with us many times to be sure everything was good. Perfect place for 2! We will definitely be using this place again when we visit the woodlands and Conroe."

"You can tell that they are really trying to put work into this property. They have brand new appliances, brand new TVs, and it was fairly clean. It is not in the best neighborhood, however, it is really close and convenient to the highway, shopping, and fast food. Give it was a hotel rating, it would probably be a 3 star hotel. Communication = SUPERB. instructions for check and checkout were also great."

"First off, Amanda is fantastic, extremely communicative, and very helpful. Upon driving to the home, it was exactly as listed in the pictures. The house is enormous, and for the price you’re paying for what you get in the property, I would say that it is one of the best rentals in the Houston area.
