I visited Houston for the first time, I had to change my hotel due to the location then I came across this motel… The motel is really good for the price and the location is decent as well but sometimes I couldn’t sleep because of the noise of constant traffic movement but that is due to the location of the motel… it’s very close to the road.. other than that it’s good for the price.. I moved out of a 4star hotel to stay here because it was much closer to where I wanna be I ended up spending 1/2 of the price I should’ve paid to the previous hotel so overall I had a good experience with my stay here The staff were nice and the environment was clean I wasn’t expecting it to be as clean as it is I can say it’s cleaner than the 4star hotel I booked initially. So yeah I hope this helps anyone to make a decision

This little motel/ motel beats them all. From the moment you drive in you’re made feel home. The Check in process was the best , even got a goody bag. The kindest people you’ll ever meet. The room was just perfect, clean, all the toiletries and then some. We’ve stayed in five star hotels that couldn’t even compare to the service at this place. Hope it stays this way, we will book no other place in the Houston area.

Super clean property, clearly has pride of ownership. Thoughtful amenities that most budget stays don't offer anymore (lotion, toothpaste, toothbrushes even). 24/7 Chai machine!!! Very friendly family operates the motel. We also received a little welcome snack bag (chips and water for both of us). Breakfast buffet was really good - fresh fruit (not over ripe), cereal, waffles, toast, burritos, and then some. Only con is that the entrance to the parking lot is a sharp right off of a busy road but the hotel can't do anything about that, and it was fine once we knew the location. 10/10 would stay again and highly recommend!!

Bedspread has tears or holes. Room was a full of gnats. The shower head needs to be replaced. Walmart sells them for $10 or less, invest in your property. Door handle to bathroom coming apart. Weatherstripping on door bottom needed. Also those playing basketball will put at risk your vehicle due to ball constantly going into parking area and hitting vehicles. Cameras covering all outside areas so I did feel safe but the gnats, tearing in bedspread, extremely worn towels, and potential for vehicle damage due to basketballs should be addressed.
