"Beautifully appointed and well designed historic building will all the modern conveniences. This townhouse is situated in a stunning position amongst one of the most interesting areas of Newcastle. Easy access to the beach, shops, restaurants and entertainment. We enjoyed a three night stay at The Stables, everything was clean and top quality. The view overlooking the river and beyond is a special feature. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!"

"Great outlook and very quiet and comfortable. Well set up with laundry too. Needed air conditioning on as west facing but ceiling fans helped in the bedrooms. Liked the apartment in many ways but the windows need replacing. They were very hard to open for ventilation and rattled in the wind."

"View was great. Otherwise we were very disappointed. The apartment we stayed in is getting rundown and needs a serious upgrade. The staircase doesn’t have railing which we thought could be an oh&s issue. Overall not impressed."
