Grand room 7 is a great vantage point. A short walk to the beach, light rail, cbd, pubs and restaurants. Bolton St parking is across the road, it is pretty cheap.

Loved this Hotel!!!!!
I loved this hotel, it was so fun to stay at! The staff were very fun to talk to and gave great ideas of things to do. The food at the hotel was OMG so good. I would recommend this place for anyone who wants to be transport back in history. The balcony was so amazing to sit and drink tea.

Had a lovely stay here recently. Unfortunately the air conditioner wasn’t working and the ceiling fan was positioned so high it wasn’t effective. Would stay here again but maybe not in summer, when cooling is needed. Great clean bathroom and comfortable bed.

No fuss check in, reasonable condition for such an old building (but hot water in shower of the en suite room is a major let down, plumbing work is required immediately) Good bistro facility and happy hour in the hotel.
