Very clean and comfortable. The cleaning product used was a bit intense and left a strong smell that required the room to be aired out. Bathroom fan was also very noisy and hopefully didn’t wake the neighbours!

This is a great place to stay conveniently located near restaurants and Newcastle City. The balcony rooms on the car park side are much preferred as the rooms on the western side are very small, though clean and comfortable. There is no crockery or cutlery in the rooms, but it can be requested from reception. No lift so if you get a first floor room you have the stairs to contend with with your luggage.

Our 3 night stay was comfy, the family room was a good size upstairs, roomy. Clean bathroom, looking new, big shower rain head. Easy access from back of Motel, parking on site. Good location for us, away from main city, we can easily get to where we want. Thank you for a comfy stay. Happy to return.

The cleanliness is out standing. I can be be very OCD. The staff are amazing, helpful and very considerate. If I had to stay there again I would highly recommend it. The only down fall there was no laundry access.
