"We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed the hotel! The pools were great! We have 3 kids that really enjoyed the water park. They didn't love having to wear the wrist band. I took my 4 year olds off the first night and went to the front desk for a new one the next morning and was rudly told I was at my limit for bands and needed to bring the old one back the next time. "Parked vehicles at hotel and were dropped off at airport for week long vacation. When we flew back in and called hotel that we needed the shuttle to come get us. They didn’t have a driver to come get us. They lined up local taxi company that was extremely prompt, helpful and nice drivers. Check in was easy, rooms nice and big for us to crash after three flights in 24 hrs. Highly Recommend this place"
