I originally planned to stay somewhere else, but when that resort was fully booked, I landed here instead—and I truly believe everything happens for a reason. Michelle, Wilber, King, Kobe, Tanisha—everyone was so kind, and once they found out I was traveling solo, they always checked on me. Michelle even helped me find someone to do my hair! Their warmth made my stay unforgettable. About Hopkins Village: This isn’t just a place to visit; it’s a place to experience. Everyone smiles at you, everyone is kind—just make sure you’re kind back. It’s a humble beachside village full of love, culture, and flavor, and that’s what makes it special. A Few Things to Know: 🔹 No full-length mirror in my room—something to keep in mind if that matters to you. 🔹 The restaurant closes about an hour after check-in (around 4:30 PM), so if you’re arriving late, grab some food beforehand or wait until dinner at 6. Other than that, this stay was exactly what I needed. If you’re looking for a resort where you’re treated like family, where the people truly care, and where you can reconnect with yourself in a beautiful, peaceful setting, this is the place. I'd return in a beat."

"This was our second time staying at Caribbean Shores. It's clean, comfortable, and the setting is very relaxing. The hot water wasn't working properly in our shower, but it was at least warmer than the solar showers where we stayed prior. Everything is relative. :). This property is a little ways out of Hopkins Village proper, but there are restaurants in short walking distance. It's also not on the beach, but we weren't looking for that since we liked the location for access to Bocawina/Mayflower, the Jaguar Preserve, and other sites."
