Cabin Rentals in Stann Creek District

"I loved the location of Julia's Cabanas, and also cabana #6 which we stayed in. The cabanas are pretty basic, but also had all things needed such as air conditioning, refrigerator, etc. Shelly was fantastic and helped with anything needed - she's a true asset to the property !! One thing that would be great is if they had more comfortable lounge chairs on the beach and or some nice cushions to make the lounge chairs more comfortable. "

"This is a very cool little cluster of cabanas and a bar/restaurant on a legit TINY island. The staff is great, the food is decent, and the snorkeling could be better, but overall it was a fun stay. We were the only ones staying on the island, which was pretty cool."

"Our stay was comfortable, with a good distance of walking to Lobster fest. Our room was pretty clean, provided all the amenities mentioned, and even soap and towels. There were some leftover, used things of soap that were still in the shower area from visitors past. It was hard to find our place at first, and even as I was sitting in my hammock one of the days, some visitors had to ask me to help them find their building. But overall, once we got settled it was a great spot to stay at."

"Went here during july and we enjoyed our visit here. Few steps to the beach, kyaks available, sperated property so you dont have to worry about people above or below you. Peaceful area as its away from the main road Right in the heart of Placencia so your not too far of a walk from any particular place Host was quick with responding and offered help whenever ypu needed it The neighbors whom are locals are also around and available to help. One thing about the property is tgat there is no AC....

"First off, the owners and manager are awesome. They are very responsive, and communicate very well. The location was perfect for us, in the middle of Hopkins town. You are able to get the feel for day to day life of the residence. The people were fantastic. The place is nice and quaint, but we loved it. My wife and I both agree, the only thing it was lacking was a couch in the lounge. But honesty, we loved the place and our time in Belize. Nice work!!"

"The property was a little smaller than we expected, so it was a little less ventilated than we hoped. However, the beachfront was very peaceful and mostly quiet. The location is also very convenient. Whenever we had issues Mirko was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would book again. "

"I have already submitted a review. Placencia is a beautiful unspoiled gem. The beaches are spectacular. Carol's Cabanas - Tarpon is located on the main st and very noisy into the wee hours. As it was very inexpensive my expectations were not high BUT it was clean, had 2 bedrooms, a kitchenette ( no oven) a screened porch and suitable bathroom facilities.
