"I loved my stay here! The staff were incredible-- they were super helpful before and during my stay. Being in front of the beach was so lovely. It is worth the upgrade for the ocean-front room. If I turned my AC off, I could hear the waves at night. Note that this location is not *in* the town of Hopkins, but a bit away. The property has bikes you can borrow (free) to go into town. You can also ask for a taxi (paid). As a solo female traveler, I had no issues here and would recommend it to anyone. I would stay here again."

"We stayed as a family of 4, and would stay again. Property was quiet and clean. Staff was amazing. Parking was easy. Highly recommend you rent a car. This resort is not terribly close to shops/restaurants in town. "

"Only one night for us, but enjoyed the resort. We arrived 2.5 hours before check in, but they provided us complimentary drinks so we went to the restaurant/bar and met King, the bartender. Really enjoyed our drinks while we chatted with him and he provided a recommendation to go visit the local chocolate company about 15 min away, which worked out for us. We were in the 1 BR, which is the upstairs of each building. Great space with a balcony looking out to the sea. Food was excellent in the restaurant and plenty of workers taking care of the grounds. Note - Sargassum was heavy - washed up in piles and still floating off the edge of the beach. The next morning they were working to clear the beach, but we were only there the one night. Nice touch was the robes in the room for use! Note - No ice machines available but was able to get some for our cooler from the restaurant before we hit the road. "

"This property is actually part of Jaguar Reef (a total of 3 resorts) with 2 pools, multiple bars, food options and the amazing dock bar. We had such a fantastic time here. It was relaxing, but also there are plenty of activity options to book if you want to fill your day. Our room was top notch and felt luxurious. We can't say enough nice things about the staff. They took great care of us, learned out names, and made us feel at home. The staff and the people of Belize in general, are such beautiful, kind, human beings. We are already talking about going back!"

"We were welcomed by appealing wood floors and wood ceiling. The property is surprisingly roomy with a large well-equipped kitchen (need more dish cloths) and laundry room (bring your own pods).Plenty of towels for bathrooms and beach. Lighting is dim but 4 air conditioners are strong, speedy cool and individually controlled. Loved the laundry room though off the smaller bedroom. Two different doors to the conveniently screened porch overlooking what is essentially a private, secluded beach. We caught great sunrises and the moon over the water was beautiful. The sound of the ocean right there is fantastic. Four bikes, two kayaks and life vests plus grill means you can enjoy being at "home" and having a little fun, as well. We didn’t use the bikes but enjoyed the kayaks as a first time adventure. The water is quite shallow for a ways out so no worries for non-swimmers. If you want a great dinner head toward town and Peers place for phenomenal pork chops or Ella's Coolspot for Garifuna Hudut (look it up).We had a car but we saw folks in golf carts. People are friendly. Grocery store about 15 minutes away. Communication which involved a question after leaving shows integrity. All in all, an exceptional value for the money."
