Beachfront Private Pool Home - A "Gold Standard Facility"

We are a "Gold Standard Facility" approved and listed under Saum's Landing, Placencia, BZ
Our home in Placencia can accommodate up to six guests comfortably and is right on a white sandy beach, spilling directly into the turquoise Caribbean sea. The rental includes two bedrooms both with queen-size beds, a queen size sofabed, two full bathrooms, large picture windows that have a fantastic ocean/island views, large living room with a panoramic view of the sea, dining area, full kitchen, ceiling fans throughout, air conditioning, DVD player, wifi internet connection, outdoor patio with lounge chairs and dining table, outdoor dining under a palapa, BBQ, a three story observation tower, (watch the sun rise over the ocean and watch it set over the lagoon), you can swim, snorkel, fish, sunbathe, or relax under the palapa. If you are more adventurous, we offer 2 kayaks at your beckon call. We invite you to stay at our beautiful home where you will have the Caribbean experience of a lifetime.

Placencia offers fabulous diving, snorkeling and fishing. Placencia's beaches are the best in Belize. Local businesses offer daily trips diving, snorkeling, fishing, sailing, cave tubing, jungle tours, or visiting Mayan Ruins. The waters are noted for permit, bonefish, tarpon and many other fish. Belize offers the world's second largest Barrier Reef as well as numerous small islands (called cayes) offshore which offer diving and snorkeling in the clear waters of Caribbean.

From the Placencia Airport you can rent a car or take a taxi to our beach house. OR A 5 minute cab ride from the Placencia Airport to Los Porticos where car, bike and golf cart rentals are available.

U.S. currency is accepted everywhere at an exchange rate of 2:1. English is spoken throughout the country.

PLEASE ALLOW 1 FULL DAY BETWEEN GUEST STAYS. Check-in is @ 3PM to 7PM (unless there are travel delays), check-out is @ 10 AM.

Great stay in Belize!
The property is just as advertised. The house is clean and comfortable with amazing views of the sea during the day and star watching at night. The location was perfect for us. It's private and quiet and also close to many activities within a short drive. The hosts Phil and Angela were also great and provided lots of information about the house and things to do in the area. We really enjoyed our time here and will definitely consider staying again in the future.

The home is just as it is described, on the beach and in a beautiful location. It would have been nice to know that the only way into the house was up a steep, winding staircase so up older folks could have known what we had to deal with. Angela and Phil were the best hosts and responded to every question we had.

Beautiful place! We swam in the pool and sea every day. You really do need a car to stay here. Angels landing is 30 min from downtown Placentia or 40 speed bumps. Since the majority of guests have spent most of the day traveling, a welcome basket of coffee and snacks would be great! Also, the beds are not very comfortable and could use an update.

We LOVED everything about this property! The location was off of the beaten path, which we love, yet close enough to everything we wanted to do. The pool was lovely as was the beach. We made great use of the kayaks to explore the nearby reef. Everything was clean and the property manager was So helpful! We hope to visit again! The only reason for the 4 stars (and not 5) on accuracy, is that there wasn't a hot tub as noted in the description.

The pictures are gorgeous but, honestly don’t do justice until you walk in and really get the feel of the property. This is my new favorite Vrbo ever. Privacy , beach and pool . Wonderful hosts who know how to live the Belize best life . Take advantage of the kayaks they have for your use. Restaurants close by and just a short drive to grocery stores and Placencia village. Not one thing I’d change about this paradise in Placencia . I’m already wanting to go back.

Paradise found
It’s a wonderful place and Angela/Phil were super hosts. Very helpful! It rained for most of our trip (I mean A LOT of rain) however we still had an amazing time. You can see some fish and occasionally a stingray snorkeling right there at the beach at the house. Great location not far from some decent restaurants. Placencia is a wonderful place to visit and we really enjoyed our stay.

Beutiful property
Very clean, great views, sits back from the road to Placencia on a private road so it is quiet but easy to access the main road. Owners are great and very helpful if needed and the WiFi supported several devices at one time. It was a great week at the beach and pool.

Beach Vacation
Our stay was amazing, we had so much fun in the pool. The beach is beautiful and the house had everything we needed to make some great memories. I love that the location is close enough to fun sightseeing adventures yet private. We rented a car which gave us the ability to do some sightseeing on our own and head to town when we wanted to. There’s a grocery store about 20 min away that had everything we needed and some great restaurants near by for when we didn’t want to cook. Can’t wait to go back!

Great location away from it all! Pool was perfect for our two young sons. About a 20-30 minute drive to the village. Would definitely stay at this property again. AC was a nice touch in the bedrooms.

Peace and quiet on the beach
Angela’s Landing was everything we hoped it would be! Angela and Phil are knowledgeable hosts and are very attentive of the property. 2 Queen beds wouldn’t be our first choice (both couples have a large man to accommodate) but the location away from crowds along with private pool was worth it for us.

Phil and Angie's property was absolutely perfect for our family. It was quiet and comfortable away from the hustle and bustle of Placencia Village, just what we were looking for. Magnificent House on the Beach
Angela and Phil have an absolutely perfect vacation property! A nice size pool, right on the beach, kayaks for use, close to 2 great restaurants- Maya Bistro and Umaya resort has a restaurant and a separate wood fire grill pizza restaurant. We got massages at the Umaya resort- outstanding, dove with Splash, and toured the Xanantunich ruins followed by a refreshing river cave tube tour. The house is spacious, great views of the ocean with entertaining pelicans. Lots of chairs, chaise lounge chairs, a bar down by the water and more! Just gazing at the beautiful view from the rising sun to the full moon will cure one of all stress! Bravo Angela and Phil!

Great Pool and Kyaking
The pool was as gorgeous as the pictures indicate. We often kyaked, saw a smaller and closer Mayan ruin recommended by our host, snorkled with a company called Splash and enjoyed visiting Placecia. Phil and Angela were friendly and helpful.
