"Loved this hotel in the heart of Florence. Stwps from the duomo. Very clean, they even put a little card unser the bed to indicate they cleaned there which was appreciated. Lots at breakfast but i do wish there were more options for vegans. Go up to the lookout at the top of the spiral stairs!"

"Lovely historic hotel in the perfect location for all the sites! Breakfast was solid, bed was comfortable and the shower was hot with good water pressure. The staff was fabulous and gave us a map upon check in that we used throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend!"

"Beautiful, quiet and clean property that is a pleasure to come back to after a long day. Short taxi ride to city center and we also rented a car and it was not too far from places we wanted to visit. Great breakfast options at the buffet. The staff was very helpful and accommodating and pleasant. We had great massages, ate two delicious dinners and had breakfast there everyday. Our room was clean and very comfortable. I would highly recommend if you want to be close to everything but not in city center. "

"The location is perfect. Easy walking distance to Duomo, Accademia, Uffizi, etc. We never even considered getting a cab. The room wasn't huge, few in Italy are, but it was big enough. Clean, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff. Big thumbs up!"
