The hotel itself has beautiful decor - both lobby and the rooms we were offered. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. "The hotel is very charming. Almost felt more like a B&B than a hotel. Staff are super helpful. Worked out a trip for us to a nearby winery. Shuttle has 2 drop off points (#1 at the famous piazza di Michelangelo). Hotel grounds are beautiful. Worth a walk around. Great bar service and even a self serve wine area, if you prefer. Good breakfast. Fantastic dinner (try the filet and a bottle of Barolo). Our room had huge windows. Small bathroom in our room (for example, could sit on the toilet and brush teeth at same time😉), but we managed just fine. We are so looking forward to staying here again on our next trip!"
