"This place is great. We had free breakfast buffet every morning, there was a shuttle service that brings you down the hill and it can bring you back up. The only thing i would say to anyone thinking about staying here, is to keep in mind that it is up in a hill and it's a long walk up and down if you don't rent a car."

"The location and service were amazing. We had a problem the first night with a room that smelled like sewage. They had no other room with 2 beds available although they offered us a room with a bed and sofa. The next night we were moved to a new room and given a free breakfast. I would stay here again in the "old" building, since the "new" building had the smell issue."

"This hotel was incredible. The best room we had in our whole day in Italy. It was so spacious so clean and we absolutely love the tub. The staff was very nice and also suggested a few restaurants. It was very close to a lot of shopping areas. Everything is walkable we also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It was very convenient with a lot of options. I feel like the price that we paid for this hotel was very reasonable and I would definitely come back and stay here, clean and quiet. We definitely felt safe here."
