"We spent new years here, was overall as the pictures showed (fairly small, but we weren’t really spending a lot of time here other than sleeping).We spent a lot of time in Adeje, which was a little difficult to get to at times (we didn’t get a rental car because rates were insane for new years) "

"Overall the place looks pretty and clean. First second in the room saw a cockroach, named him george, squirmed for an hour but never saw him again. Reception looks so pretty like a 5 star place but thats where it stays. I would give the place 3 stars. Furniture is very old. Food and drinks are basic butive stayed in worse"

"Stunning hotel with great facilities , food and the staff were extremely friendly. A very short walk from the main beach, stretch and shops. Rooms were spacious and well decorated and presented and the best power shower ever! "

"This was our first stay at a Melia Hotel, and we booked a junior suite at 'The Level'. The service was excellent, so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much. The benefits of the Level such as the exclusive pool, lobby, breakfast restaurant, drinks and snacks was definitely worth the upgrade. I'll certainly look for this brand again. "

"Very very good property for families with children. It just works. Lots of variety in spaces, plenty of room, dining options very good, nothing here is spectacular, aside from maybe the ocean side view and the evening view right down the property when it’s all lit up. It’s peaceful and comfortable, and your kids will love it. "
