"The hotel was fantastic, tge staff were all lovely and hardworking. Nothing was too much trouble. The music round the pool was fab and varied. The evening entertainment was again fabulous. Our room - platinym double was spacious modern and well furnished. We only had breakfast but that had a great selection and delicious. The 16th rooftop bar was lovely too amazing sunset. The only negative i have is the price of the drinks."

"Where to begin. Nice to have a glass of bubbly on arrival. Once we got to our room we had two single beds pushed togeather- it took housekeeping a long time to rectify this and we had to call reception to chase it. Ordering room service is farcical, staff didn’t speak any English and kept telling us to call reception, who then told us to call room service. Choice of food is very limited and not really suitable for vegetarians. The tray, plates and cutlery were not collected after we finished...
