Not only was the home exactly what we needed to refresh our souls, but the property itself is everything we had imagined a trip to Maine would be. "Had an amazing stay at this charmer on the coast! Very clean, comfortable, and well cared for. Spent many hours just watching the ducks and birds enjoying the treats that come and go as the tides change. Great jumping off point to enjoy the beautiful coast of Maine! The only drawback is that the road is incredibly close to the house and the traffic noise is impossible to drown out, especially when trying to sleep in the second bedroom. Not ideal, but we would definitely return! "

"This property and home exceeded our expectations. Absolutely beautiful, clean, and a wonderful place to stay. My only issue was that getting to the property at night was a little scary because there were no lights on at the property and the area is very remote. It wouldve been helpful to have detailed instructions. "

"Staying on an island with just family and friends is magical. The island was beautiful and the rustic elegance of the house gave us everything we needed for a great vacation. There are so many things to do- hiking, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding, reading- that no one was ever bored. An integral part of the trip was Joe, the caretaker/boat captain. He is a personable young man, who helps make the trip stress free. If you need assistance or information, he is happy to help. Thanks, Joe!"
