"Great property on the water, but renters should be warned that Stan's bar is just across the canal, and the bands are really loud... all day long. The unit is could use upgrades throughout, especially in the master bath and kitchen. The photos in the listing make the space seem a lot newer and lighter than it is. Most screens had holes in them, so fresh air - especially in the evening when the mosquitoes were thick - was not an option. Not an issue in the summer, when AC 24/7 is the norm. But...

"This property fit our needs so well! The kids didn’t even want to leave the house during the week because they were having so much fun here. The pool was perfect and we were able to fish right off the dock. The house had everything we needed to cook meals and had plenty of room for all 10 of us. Plus the beach was right down the road and we used the bicycles a few times to ride around and check out the island. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We were in Naples for a football tournament and this home was amazing. The pictures are exactly what we saw. The kids enjoyed the pool daily. The kitchen and master bathroom were my favorite. My husband enjoyed the outdoor kitchen with the grill. The neighborhood was extremely nice. My only complaints were the Wi-Fi would disconnect every 15 minutes. Other than that we all enjoyed ourselves and would stay here again. "
